Formal professional advice is provided only within the context of a signed engagement agreement between DeltaBridge and the client. The scope, deliverables and terms of each engagement are defined in that agreement.

3. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. In using our website, you agree that you will not:

Information you share with us through our website contact forms or via email will be treated with discretion and will only be used for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where applicable, progressing a potential service engagement. We will not disclose your enquiry details to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Fees and Payment

The fees applicable to any DeltaBridge service engagement are agreed between DeltaBridge and the client as part of the engagement process and are documented in a formal engagement agreement or proposal.

All billing and payment for DeltaBridge services is handled offline through the invoicing process agreed with each client. No payments are processed directly through our website. Payment terms, including due dates, accepted methods and any applicable penalties for late payment, are set out in the relevant engagement agreement.

DeltaBridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate service delivery in the event of non-payment in accordance with the terms of the applicable engagement agreement.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The information on our website is provided on an as-is basis and without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
